Refurbishment of the JD Clifford Pavilion, a council funded upgrade to improve existing change rooms, amenities and canteen utilised by local football and cricket clubs. The project sought to create a cost effective, modern and durable facility with a focus on the safe removal of asbestos. A two staged delivery meant that the pavilion could be used throughout construction works, with works including closing down and sealing rooms to facilitate the removal of asbestos.
